According to Office of the Provincial Agriculturist Rice Coordinator Nestor Batalla, a total of 650 farmers from 19 municipalities and cities received lectures aired via AM Radio Stations from Mondays thru Fridays at 5:00-5:30 a.m. They were awarded with certificate of completion after passing the pre-test and post-test administered by the Department of Agriculture Regional Office.
